Design & Décor Resources

Your venue already gives you a beautiful setting. This page is where you can explore the pieces, colors, and details available to help make the celebration feel like yours.

Your Tablescape

Your tablescape is made up of several pieces working together, including linens, napkins, centerpieces, candles, place settings, stationery, and florals.

You do not need every piece figured out separately before we meet. Bring the things you love, and your planner will help you see how they work together in your venue.

Your Floorplan

Your planner will create your reception floorplan with you during your Design & Décor Meeting, taking into account your guest count, dinner service style, venue layout, and priorities for the evening.

As your RSVPs come in, you will upload your guest list directly into our floorplan system so you can seat guests at the tables we created together.

Personal Décor

You’re welcome to bring personal details such as signage, photos, a guest book, or table numbers.

Closer to the wedding, you’ll use the Décor Inventory Worksheet to tell us what you’re bringing, where each item should go, and what should happen to it at the end of the night.

That worksheet becomes especially important before your Final Planning Meeting and rehearsal.

A Note About Outside Rentals & Décor

If there is something you’re hoping to include that is not part of your venue’s collection, talk with your planner before ordering or renting it.

They can help you understand what works within the space, what is already available through Trademark, and whether any outside rental needs approval.

Need Inspiration?

You don’t need a perfectly defined design style.

Save the things you’re drawn to, whether that’s a color palette, floral arrangement, tablescape, texture, or even just a feeling, and bring those ideas to your planner.

Your venue creates the setting. Your ideas make it yours.
