Restaurant Server Assistant

The Server Assistant performs critical functions in three primary areas: opening and set-up, dining, and closing. Opening, set-up and closing requires preparing the restaurant by assisting in tasks including, but not limited to, table set-up, drink and food station set-up, cleaning, and general tasks around the restaurant. Dining tasks include, but are not limited to, seating guests, taking food and drink orders, serving plated food, bussing tables, replenishing drinks, and ensuring our patrons enjoy their dining experience. The Cook is responsible for preparing and serving all required food items for a destination bar and small-plate-oriented smart casual restaurant. Additionally, collaborating with the Chef de Cuisine, fellow Line Cooks, and FOH employees is essential for this job. Restaurant Dishwasher

The Dishwasher is responsible for the sanitation and cleanliness of all plate ware, glassware, and kitchen equipment, in addition to maintaining a clean and safe work environment. Other responsibilities include, but aren’t limited to, properly maintaining the dishwashing machine, properly storing of all chemicals, equipment, plate ware, and glassware, working constructively together with all FOH and BOH staff, properly disposing of all trash, and closing/ locking up kitchen if needed. Energy, enthusiasm, the ability to execute, value-alignment, performing all duties with an eye to risk management, and customer focus are key to achieving success in this role.

Event Security

The Security team ensures that the safety service at every event exceeds client and organizational expectations. Individuals in this role have a keen eye for detail and are expected to anticipate and resolve trouble before it starts and resolving any issues quickly by exercising their observational skills combined with a knowledge of company policy. Additionally, this role provides friendly and efficient service to all venue guests partnering with the management and bartending teams to protect the safety and well-being of all.
