Bar and Front-of-House Manager

The Bar Manager/Front-of-House Manager for the return and re-imagining of our boutique restaurant, Harlow’s, is responsible for leading and managing the front-of-house operations for a destination lounge spot as well as acting as the head of creative bartending. Leading a team, the individual in this position will ensure the customer service success and efficiency of the bar and front-of-house operations. Additionally, this role will lead and implement a creative and modern bar menu design and partner closely with the Food Service team to coordinate optimum and efficient operation. This role could also assist in some bar management aspects for other business units. Performing all duties with an eye to creativity, execution, and customer focus is key to achieving success in this role.

The Venue Opener is responsible for working independently and with a team to ensure successful events that exceed customer expectations.
