Maintenance
The Maintenance team member is responsible for working under light to moderate supervision to assure that all properties meet the expectations of all regulatory agencies and exceed the expectations of our clients. This includes regular review of maintenance requests and quick response to emergency requests for repair or maintenance. The person in this role will also assist with light landscaping duties and other tasks assigned at by leadership. Additionally, the Maintenance team member is responsible for collaborating with partners throughout the organization to drive exceptional client experiences.
Administrative Assistant

The housekeeper is responsible for cleaning and maintaining the outdoor and indoor areas of our wedding venue. This includes preparing spaces before events, keeping them tidy during events, and restoring them to pristine condition afterward.
Event Food Service Assistant
Under the supervision or direction of a Food Service Lead, the Food Service Assistant is responsible for preparing ingredients and dishes for final execution as well as plating warm food and executing cold dishes for delivery to guests and clients. Additionally, the Food Service Assistant plays a crucial role in ensuring smooth kitchen operations by setting up and breaking down prep areas, assisting with kitchen organization, and maintaining clean and functional kitchen equipment. Venue Opener
The Venue Opener is responsible for opening the venue, ensuring that all areas are clean, secure, and prepared for the day’s activities. This includes setting up basic decor and signage, checking facilities, and coordinating with fellow team members and vendors as they arrive. The ideal candidate should be punctual, detail-oriented, and able to work independently to create a warm and inviting atmosphere.
Catering Associate
This role involves setting up and breaking down event spaces, ensuring high-quality food presentation with serving and bussing, and providing exceptional customer service to guests. The associate will work closely with event coordinators, kitchen staff, and other catering team members to ensure a seamless and memorable dining experience.
Security Guard
This role is responsible for overseeing the security of the venue, protecting guests, staff, and property, and responding to any security-related incidents or emergencies that may arise during the event. You will work closely with the event management team to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for all attendees.
