Absolutely recommend Ethereal and Trademark. Natalia was our coordinator and was the sweetest and got everything we needed done. She was thoughtful, responsive, and thorough. The day of was absolutely perfect, it looked even better than we imagined. Our bridal assistant was so sweet and attentive and Billie was there for us perfectly throughout the day as well. If anything didn't go according to plan or was behind we didn't know because they did such a great job. The food and drinks were incredible and once again, everything was ran sooooo perfectly. The only negatives we have is that is it pricey and we forgot our bathroom baskets and when we picked them up they were completely empty and our guests did not use/take all of it. Overall it is absolutely worth it and we would definitely recommend having your wedding at Ethereal Gardens and huge shoutout again to Natalia - the absolute best coordinator we could ask for! - 2/21/2024 

I had my wedding on 1/26/24 and I cannot put into words just how amazing Ethereal Gardens + their staff is. From the moment we got to the venue we immediately were greeted by our bridal assistant Kaitlin and my planner Gina. Kaitlin was constantly checking in on us girls and the boys, getting us drinks or anything we needed. She was also so sweet in helping to hold my dress as I was walking and taking pictures so that it wouldn’t get dirty. She was so sweet and attentive. I like every bride was nervous in trusting people to bring my wedding vision to life and WOW was I blown away at how amazing they did setting up my decor. Their setup crew was phonmenal and not a single thing was misplaced. Now a moment for the food…the BEST food I have ever had at a wedding. We ended up doing family style and I am so happy we did. The chicken was delicious, the trip tip was so full of flavor and those mashed potatoes were delicious. I can honestly say every one of my guests said the food was the best they have had. Highly recommend doing family style that way your guests get to enjoy everything instead of having to only choose one thing. The staff was 10/10, every single person was so nice and attentive to me, my husband and our guests needs. My guests especially loved the two female bartenders we had (so sorry I do not recall their names). The venue itself is absolutely stunning. Ethereal has done such an amazing job in keeping up those grounds. My guests could not stop saying how beautiful the venue is and I could not agree more. Special shoutout to my planner, Gina. She was so organized, professional and genuinely so sweet. She was there from the moment we got to the venue all the way until the end of the night. She was constantly checking in which was so appreciated. Also the one thing I appreciate is that she did not come up constantly asking me questions, if anything went wrong I would have never known because she did not have to ask me anything. Being in the planning industry myself, I cannot express my sincerest appreciation for Ethereal Gardens, Trademark Venues and their amazing staff. If I could give more than 10/10 I absolutely would! Wow wow wow! We truly can’t say enough amazing things about our experience getting married at Ethereal Gardens. From start to finish, my husband and I felt so taken care of. We worked with Bernadette as our wedding planner and she couldn’t have been more of a joy to work with. She was so detailed oriented and attentive, which made the planning process feel easy and fun, and she truly brought our dream wedding to life. On our wedding day there was a mixup in days with our donut vendor (so they didn’t show up) and literally within a matter of an hour Bernadette and her team found a new vendor, placed a new order, and even went to go pick up and deliver the 100+ donuts.. they made sure my husband and I knew any hiccups or stresses were taken care of by them so we could just enjoy our day day. They also let us bring our dog which was an amazing perk! The venue is stunning and the Ethereal Gardens team will do everything in their power to make your day is a DREAM - highly recommend! We had our dream wedding here on 10/28/23 and the Trademark team made it even better than expected. We originally worked with Titus Cannon for our first two planning meetings who was super calm and knowledgeable and was always there for when we had any questions. Thank you Titus! We then had a change in our coordinator for our final planning meeting due to a scheduling conflict and she ended up doing our day of coordination. Her name was Bernadette Monnet and she blew our expectations out of the water! The day of our wedding she handled everything and always made sure things were running smoothly and that we were taken care of. You can tell she genuinely cares that your wedding day is special and runs smoothly. We also want to shout out our bridal assistant, Stefanie, who always made sure we had what we needed and was a stress reducer throughout the day. Our guests were so happy with everything as well and we couldn’t have asked for a better day. Thank you!! - 11/03/2023 

I highly highly recommend considering Trademark Venues when looking for a wedding venue. I toured 4 of their gorgeous venues and fell in love with Ethereal Gardens. It was everything that I imagined and more for my wedding. I booked the venue about a year out and worked with Amy Hayashi who was our planner/coordinator that came with the venue. She was so wonderful to work with and made a lot of the process easy and seamless. On the day of she made sure everything we had discussed was set up accordingly, ensured timeline was followed and made sure me and my husband were well taken care of all day. The trademark staff were also great and very professional. I can't say enough things about the beautiful venue itself. There are so many options with your ceremony and reception. We had our ceremony under the Woodland Grotto which was what initially drew me to the venue in the first place. It was truly a dream come true. It's been a month and I constantly think of the wedding daily and how I wish I could relive the day. I will let the pictures speak for itself. - 10/19/2023 

Trademark Venues was the best company to work with when it came to planning and carrying out our dream wedding. We got married at Ethereal on August 24th and had the best day ever! Our coordinator/planner Amy was there for us every step of the way in the months leading up to the big day. She is super sweet, very approachable, frequently communicated with us and responded to all of our emails and questions in a timely manner. She was very organized and detail-oriented. We had so much fun picking decor, designs, and food for the big day with their client privilege program and food tasting event. Amy made sure to be in communication with our vendors prior to and during our wedding which was extremely helpful. On the day of the wedding, EVERYTHING went smoothly because of Amy and the amazing Trademark team, and even if something didn't go according to plan I probably have absolutely no idea because Amy took care of everything. Everyone working at the venue that day brought my wedding vision to life and truly made that day about me and my husband. Everyone constantly checked in on us and our wedding party, offered us water and drinks, made sure we were on schedule, and reminded us to just have fun and soak in every moment.
