We had our wedding here and it was absolutely stunning! The venue itself is beautiful, and we received so many compliments from our guests about how gorgeous everything looked. The flowers were perfect and the grounds were so well-maintained—it truly felt like a dream. What made the day even more special was how smoothly everything ran, thanks to the incredible support of Bernadette, our wedding coordinator, and the rest of the amazing staff. They were organized, professional, and genuinely caring, which allowed us to fully enjoy our day without stress. Our wedding was truly the best day of our life and it would not have been possible without this beautiful venue and the perfect staff at Ethereal Gardens. Everyone we have spoken to has commented on how magical and wonderful this venue was and how attentive the staff was. A HUGE SHOUTOUT to our coordinator BERNADETTE and her assistants like Alyssa. Without Bernadette our wedding would not have been the same. She truly is the most amazing coordinator and if you don't have her, you should try to get her because with her, nothing will be missed and your day will be nothing but smooth and care free. She communicated very well with us leading up to the wedding and checked in several times to make sure nothing was missed. She always replied with literally anything we were asking about. On the day of, she was our superhero. She was somehow everywhere all at once. Our family members even commented about how she made herself available to them for anything. She made sure everything from our vision board was set up exactly how we wanted. She made sure the whole day we were not stressed or confused on the next steps. She made sure we were never missing a drink and even saved us some appetizers and desserts since we did not have a chance to get any. Any time I needed her, she was there. She also is such a professional and expert that she knew what would and would not work in regards to things we were planning to do. I'm not sure how she managed to be there for me and my wife while also running the entire wedding day. Everyone in my family and all my friends could not stop talking about how amazing she was. We had a friend get married through trademark with another coordinator who did not have as good of an experience and it changed their outlook on the whole night. Because of Bernadette, our wedding day was the most amazing and we are sad it had to end. We cannot thank her enough, but we only hope others are as lucky to have her. Regarding Ethereal, if you're considering this venue, DO IT. Beautiful venue, beautiful area for photos, everything all together in one huge venue, amazing drinks, amazing food, beautiful decor, professional establishment. This venue brought all of my wedding dreams to life. My husband & I just got married yesterday & it was everything we have ever hoped for and more. The venue was insanely beautiful, all of our guests have been raving about it. Also, all of the staff went ABOVE & BEYOND! Everyone was a joy to work with. Our coordinator, Mikaela, was a saving grace throughout the entire planning process and helped us tremendously. She was an excellent communicator and always was there to answer any questions I had. Ethereal Gardens was a 10/10 experience! Their team went above and beyond to make our wedding day perfect. Gina, our planner, was incredibly thorough and ensured everything ran smoothly. Billie was so thoughtful—he even gave me a sip of water before I walked down the aisle! Katelyn, my bridal assistant, was amazing, handling everything from holding my dress to making sure I was comfortable all day. The food exceeded expectations—it was even better than at the tasting! This was the dream wedding venue! We got married here in March and it was the most perfect day. Amy was our coordinator and she was amazing. She made our vision come to life and it was the perfect day. The whole process was seamless and I can’t say enough great things about this place.
