Our preferred vendors already have experience working within the Trademark environment, which can make communication and wedding-day logistics smoother.
That said, the list is meant to give you trusted options, not make your wedding feel predetermined. Your planner can help you compare choices and find vendors who feel like the right fit for your celebration.
When Should I Book?
You can start exploring vendors whenever you’re ready. We generally recommend beginning with your DJ, photographer, and florist, since many of these vendors take on only one wedding per day and may book well in advance.
In your First Planning Meeting, we’ll talk through who you’ve already booked, what you’re still looking for, and where your planner can help. If you’re feeling unsure where to start, tell us what matters to you most, whether that’s style, aesthetic, personality, or price point, and we can help narrow down the options.
