Chef de Cuisine

The Catering Server is critical to the success of every event. Bartender
As an Events Bartender at Trademark Venues, you will play a crucial role in delivering top-notch beverage service at our special events. You will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, interacting with diverse guests and showcasing your bartending skills.
Event Food Service Assistant
Under the supervision or direction of a Food Service Lead, the Food Service Assistant is responsible for preparing ingredients and dishes for final execution as well as plating warm food and executing cold dishes for delivery to guests and clients. Additionally, the Food Service Assistant plays a crucial role in ensuring smooth kitchen operations by setting up and breaking down prep areas, assisting with kitchen organization, and maintaining clean and functional kitchen equipment.
