Rehearsal & WEdding Day

You’ve made the decisions. We’ve built the plan together.

Now it’s time to bring everything to life.

Your rehearsal and wedding day are where all of the planning, design, and thoughtful preparation come together, so you can focus less on what needs to happen next and more on being present for it.

Your Rehearsal

Your rehearsal is held the day before your wedding at 10:30am at your venue.

We’ll walk through the ceremony processional and recessional, make sure everyone knows where they’ll stand and when they’ll move, answer any final questions, and help your wedding party feel comfortable with what to expect.

This is also when we’ll check in the approved personal décor you’re bringing to the venue.

What to Bring

Bring any approved non-perishable, non-consumable, non-valuable personal décor that we’ll be setting up for you, such as signage, table numbers, photos, guest-book items, or other décor we’ve already discussed.

We’ll review your Décor Inventory Worksheet with you and confirm where everything belongs.

Items such as alcohol, live florals, perishables, and valuables should arrive on the wedding day instead.

Ceremony Planner Worksheet

Required

We’ll use your completed ceremony plan to guide the rehearsal, including your processional order, altar placement, reserved seating, and recessional.

Wedding Day Deliveries

Some items are intentionally delivered on the wedding day rather than at rehearsal.

Your planner will make sure you know the appropriate delivery windows and who should be responsible for bringing each item.

Depending on your venue and plans, this may include things like:

-Alcohol & beverages (if applicable)

-Desserts or other perishables

-Live floral

-Valuable or personal items

Your planner will review the specific instructions for your wedding with you before the day arrives.

What Your Planner is Doing

While you’re getting ready, your Trademark planner is already working.

They’ll be onsite early to oversee the setup of your event, make sure your personal décor is placed according to the plan, welcome and direct vendors as they arrive, and coordinate with the teams working throughout the property.

As the wedding begins, your planner will keep an eye on the timeline, guide your wedding party through the ceremony and formalities, communicate with your vendors and the Trademark team, and handle the little adjustments that naturally happen during a live event.

At the end of the night, they’ll oversee the packing of your personal décor and help coordinate the handoff of your belongings before the venue closes.

Your planner is there from early in the day until after your last guest has left.

Your Job on WEdding Day

Get ready.

Spend time with your people.

Eat the food you chose.

Take the photos.

Make the memories.

Dance.

And be married.

By wedding day, you should not be wondering whether the DJ knows when introductions begin, where the florist should set up, who is moving the guest book, or what happens next on the timeline.

That’s our job now!

Before You Leave

At the end of the night, your planner and team will oversee the packing of your personal décor according to the instructions you’ve provided.

Make sure the friend or family member you designated as your décor contact knows they’ll be responsible for taking your packed belongings with them at the end of the evening.

Enjoy the day

From the first planning conversation to the final song, the goal has always been about more than creating a beautiful wedding.

It’s about giving you the space to be present for it all, to soak in the people, the moments, and the feeling of the day you’ve been dreaming about.
